How Our Tools Process Data
All Vertex Solutions tools currently process data in your web browser. When you upload a PDF, image, or other file, or paste text into a tool, that data is handled locally on your device. We do not upload your files to our servers for processing, and we do not store your file contents after you close the page.
Because processing happens client-side, closing the browser tab removes the data from active memory. We do not maintain a database of user files or tool inputs.

Website Usage
Our hosting provider (Vercel) may collect standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. These logs help us operate the website and diagnose technical issues.
Contact Form
If you submit our contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject, and message you provide so we can respond to your inquiry. We use this information only to reply to you and do not sell it to third parties.
Theme Preference
If you choose light or dark mode, your preference may be stored locally in your browser so the site remembers your choice on future visits.
Third-Party Resources Loaded in Your Browser
Some tools load external resources directly in your browser to function. These may include:
- PDF.js worker — loaded from a public CDN when you use PDF tools that render or extract pages
- Background removal models — downloaded to your browser when you first use the Remove Background tool
Typography is served from our hosting provider via Next.js font optimization — we do not load fonts from third-party CDNs at runtime.
These third parties may receive your IP address as part of a normal HTTP request. They do not receive the contents of files you process unless you explicitly upload data to them (Vertex Solutions tools do not send your files to these services).
Cookies
Vertex Solutions does not set advertising or analytics cookies at this time. Theme preferences may use browser local storage. If we add analytics or advertising in the future, we will update this policy before enabling those services.

Data Security
